What's included
One quote, one company,
the whole season.
You never handle a ladder, a storage bin, or a burnt-out bulb. We design it, hang it, keep it running, take it down, and store it.
Installation
Commercial-grade bulbs, custom-cut lines, and clips rated for your roof. Every strand is fitted to your home and reused year to year.
In-season service
If a section goes dark in December, you call or text. We come out and fix it — no trip charge, no waiting until January.
Takedown & storage
Your takedown window is set in writing at booking. Everything comes down, gets inspected, labeled by section, and stored in our warehouse.

How the season runs
Holiday lighting is booked in August, not December.
Install slots are assigned in the order deposits come in. By the time the first snow falls, the calendar has been closed for weeks.
Aug — Oct
Book and design
Site visit, design, and written quote. A 50% deposit holds your install date; the balance is due when the lights come on. Your takedown window is confirmed in the same agreement.
November
Installation
Crews run through November. You don't need to be home. We schedule around your date preference wherever the route allows.
Dec — Jan
Lights on, we're on call
Timers set, every run tested before we leave. Anything that fails during the season is repaired at no additional cost.
January
Takedown and storage
You know the date your lights come down before they ever go up. Everything is removed, inspected, labeled, and stored for next season — nothing left in your garage, nothing left on your roof.

The questions we get every August.
Who supplies the lights?
We do. Every installation uses our commercial-grade bulbs and custom-cut strands, fitted to your roofline and reused season after season. You're not buying a product from a big-box store and hoping it survives the winter.
When do installations happen?
Installs run through November. Your slot is assigned when your deposit is received, so booking earlier means more control over your date. We don't need you home — most clients come back to lit rooflines at the end of the day.
What if something stops working mid-season?
Call or text and we'll come out and fix it. In-season service is included in your quote. There's no trip charge and no waiting for next year.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit reserves your install date. The remaining 50% is due once the installation is complete and the lights are on. All work is quoted individually after we see the property.
When do the lights come down?
Your takedown window is set in writing when you book, so you know the date before the lights ever go up. Takedown is included. Everything is inspected, labeled by section, and stored in our warehouse — not in your garage — until next season.
Do you do commercial properties?
Yes. Storefronts, office parks, HOAs, and multi-building campuses. Commercial work is scheduled separately from residential routes, and we can work around business hours.
How much does it cost?
Every quote is based on the property — roofline length, height, access, and the design you want. We don't publish package pricing because it would be wrong for most homes. The site visit and written quote are free.
